The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is a body charged with conducting the centralized test for recruitment to the posts of Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees on behalf of Participating Organizations. The online examination (Preliminary and Main) for Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee posts in the Participating Organizations (listed later) is tentatively scheduled in October.

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the Common Written Examination for recruitment of Probationary Officers/Management Trainees and Clerical Cadre personnel in two phases – Tier 1 and Tier 2. Tier 1 is a Preliminary Exam while Tier 2 works as the Mains Exam.
